Send to KindlePassports with a Purpose is an annual travel blogger fundraiser and Ireland with Kids is thrilled to participate this year. In the past Passports with a purpose has raised money to build a school in rural Cambodia and build an entire South Indian Village. This year PwaP has partnered with Room to Read to build two libraries in Zambia.
PwaP is the brainchild of 4 Seattle bloggers- Debbie Dubrow, Pam Mandel, Beth Whitman and Michelle Duffy – as a way to build community among travel bloggers and to give back to the places we, as travelers, visit.
It’s so easy to enter to win this- or any other- prize. Visit the Passports with a Purpose Donate page. Each $10 donation gives you one “ticket” to be applied to the prize of your choice. You can donate as much as you want and apply everything to one prize or spread it around. Donations are tax deductible.
Ireland with Kids is thrilled to be able to offer 2 nights lodging at any Irish Bed and Breakfast on their website. The value of the vouchers is approximately €120 (appx. $150). They are for Ensuite rooms and include full Irish breakfasts and are based on 2 adults sharing. Vouchers are for “high season” and may be used any time of the year. There are no particular black out dates, but if you plan to travel around bank holidays or festivals such as St. Patricks Day, it is best to book in advance. This prize is available to anyone, anywhere.
Just click the handy button to the left to be taken directly to the Passports with a Purpose donation page. Have fun perusing all the great prizes, make a donation and mark your selections. I also hope you will consider supporting PwaP’s amazing sponsors this year- Round the World With Us, TravellersPoint and Home Away- who have given this year’s fundraising effort a welcome jump start.
